Following confirmation from the parent or guardian, an official advisory is mailed to them or can be collected from the Main Office. A non-refundable retainer fee is then required which is at least minimum half of the current school fee. The balance becomes due two weeks after school commences and is payable by cash or cheque in the school's account from any National Commercial Bank.

Kindergarten 2 through Grade 6
For Kindergarten 2 and onward, all children seeking admission are not assessed for readiness unless entering within the same year for external MOE examinations. Example: Grade Three Diagnostic Test, Grade Four Literacy and Numeracy Test or Grade Six Achievement Test. In the case of transfers, parents are required to say the reason for transfer. Report cards from previous schools will be required and PPS may also make contact with the previous school for any further information deemed necessary.
School Fees
It is the policy of the school that fees should be paid before the start of each term. School fees may be paid at any branch of National Commercial Bank (NCB). Vouchers stamped by the bank as paid must be submitted to the Main Office on specified days.
Parents must provide one term’s notice, in writing before withdrawing a child from the school. Otherwise, the parent or guardian is liable to pay a term’s fee in lieu of notice.
